Open your client and on dashboard click on "More Info"

On account details click on "Account Leasing"

On lease your balance window:

Recipient: the account you want to lease your balance
Period: How many blocks will the lease be (9000 block is about 10 days)
Passphrase: Your own passphrase
Note that your lease will come effective after 1440 blocks ~1day
